Laptop is on Stuck at Startup Repair

My dad's laptop is stuck at Startup repair.. If I start the PC its says Starting Windows redirected to Windows is loading files and here is the Startup Repair. We want to fix it because he will not lose his files..

What if you press Start Up repair? There is nothing wrong with StartUp Repair as far as I am concerned, IT works pretty good. It just repairs the boot files without removing files (if all goes well).

Even I use boot repair via Command Prompt nothing happened I didnt pass to the welcome message while startup

Plug that hard drive up to a desktop, and backup all personal data. Then try to see if you can reinstall Windows. (use Produkey to recover Windows Product Key)
