Laptop keyboard and mouse won't work

My daughter's keyboard and mouse won't work on her laptop. It worked earlier. Did she accidentally hit a wrong key or something?

Nothing would disable the keyboard. Could have been knocked loose though, take apart the case enough to remove and re-seat the keyboard. Try again.
