Solved! Laptop keyboard not responding

Solution
Keyboard connection is a ribbon cable on the back of keyboard. If no keys are responding, disassemble the top of laptop as per service manual and check the ribbon cable connection. If you can get into BIOS at boot-up via "del" or "f2" or whatever key your machine asks for then the problem is not hardware it is OS problem.
