Laptop: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
Problems found:
Probable cause: Ethyl alcohol (Tried to use it to clean the surface. Accidentally poured a lot directly on the keyboard).
Laptop's new and fine before it happened. I didn't get to fix it immediately because I let it sit overnight as I went to sleep.
Problems found:
- Unable to type with built-in keyboard (Light indicators in Caps Lock and Mute key are fine).
- Shift key virtually stuck. (Turns on the filter keys panel everytime I open the laptop)
- On-screen keyboard and wireless keyboard also affectedm
- Restarting laptop resets certain settings to default but deletes all my files.
- Cursor movement is uncoordinated.
