Laptop makes brief sound then freezes then restarts with boot device issues

My laptop makes a brief sound then my computer freezes which then shows a screen saying how it couldn't detect something about ipv4 and ipv6 boot devices and then tells me to restart which seemingly solves the issue. But it happens again soon after. Anyone know what's the issue here and how to fix it?

I'm on a Lenovo 510P and windows 10 build 10240

what is your boot drive order in the bios as in the hard drive 1st, optical drive 2nd or what?

How would i find this out?

by going into the bios & search for it.
