laptop meet requirement but keep lagging in call of duty black ops3

I just got a new laptop to try some new games.
Its an HP Hewlett Packard here my spec i also got 2 graphic cards

When i play black ops 3 i get like 20 fps i dont know why and hw to fix that.

Second what are your temps while playing this game?

Then it is most likely that the laptop is overheating. This assumes that you are playing the game in the low to med settings.
