this is the picture of my monitor do you think my video card has a defect?
The lines will be gone if I remove the thermal paste but it will reach 58 degrees as idle

Solution
Hi,

Try reapplying a new thermal paste but first clean up the old one using a denatured alcohol. Next is to check the video cables that connect your LCD display to the motherboard make sure they are all properly seated. Lastly is to install the latest driver from the manufacturer either from NVIDIA(nvidia.com/download/index.aspx) or AMD (http://support.amd.com/en-us/download).
