Laptop mouse and keyboard problems

Well as i am writing thhis my cursor is screwing around but the main poblem is that whenever i am moving my mouse(mousepad or wireless) for some reason it makes most of the lower keys on the keyboard spaz out and press really quickly. for example in my games it will spam c v b, c=mic which annoys everyone, v=noclip or mic which still annoys everyone, and b= drop weapons. therefore i am unable to play anything until this problem is fixed. i could use some help and i dont have much money available to spend on sending it away, maybe £50 at the very most.

you have a keyboard problem renew it mine went funny like that after i replaced the keyboard it was fine
