Laptop Overheating Problem

Hi,
I have Fujitsu Siemens Amilo PA 3553 laptop. It's overheating.. I tried new thermal paste, thermal pads etc. and fan is clean but CPU always overheats in 1-2 minutes (Shutdown or goes to black screen. How I can get laptop cooler?

Fan working and heatsink is clean..

If its overheating that fast, you DIDN'T put the heat sink back on evenly...
