Laptop Plugged In Not Charging Above 58%

Hello Everyone,

I find this disgusting that my Dell Latitude E5420 will not charge above 58%. Please Help me if anyone out there figured how to make a full charge of the battery. I also uninstalled the battery drivers in the device manager and installed again but it is not working. Please suggest me some solutions

would try recalibrating your device meaning draining the battery all the way to 0 and leaving it for several hours then try charging back up to 100
