laptop primarily for designing and gaming

I will be buying a laptop in a few days and i am stuck between the two...

Lenovo Y510P (59-389687) Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i5 4200M- 1TB HDD- 8GB RAM- 15.6 Inches- Win8- 2 GB Graphics gt755m
vs

Lenovo Z510 (59-398019) Laptop (4th Gen Intel Core i7 4702Mq- 1TB HDD- 8GB RAM- 15.6 Inches-Win8- 2GB Graphics GT740m
required for solidworks catia hyperworks and some games like fifa and nba

The GT 755M is a bit more powerful that the GT 740M. But the i7 is almost twice as powerful as the i5.

So if you work more than you play, you should go for the Z510. Either way, the games you want to play are not too demanding of GPU horsepower.
