Laptop Random shutdown.

Hi.
Currently I'm having a samsung NP300E5C laptop.For the past 3 months, it's shutting off at exactly 30 minutes.
I've checked overheating and reapplied the thermal paste.looks like it isn't overheating.
I've tried changing the hard drive,the ram, disconnected the cd drive,replacing the cooling fan etc. I have tried resetting the cmos too.
Despite all these hardwork,it keeps shutting off randomly with a click sound. In BIOS mode too.
In event viewer it shows kernel power error.
Can anyone out there help.?

The fan works in normal condition.
I have checked it using speedfan.
Sorry for voting down. Did it by mistake...
