Laptop says "device driver not located"

Hello,
Model: A535
v2premier laptop - has been in Mom's storage for about 5 yrs. I can't get it connected - it keeps asking for dial-up (can't get that setting off), so I can't take it to the library and use it. Help a very NON- IT lady get this laptop to connect to WIFI? Thank you!

Is that A535 an ECS A535 laptop? or some other brand?
