I have tried almost evreything now i know most of u will say but its not overheating.Happens plugged in with or without battery.Sometimes i can play games for 2 -3 days sometimes laptop shutsdowns like 3-4 times a day playing game.Max cpu temps 81c and gpu is only 77c.The things i have done to resolve issue are as follows:
Reinstalling os clean install
Uninstalling newer drivers and installing old drivers
Cleaning the laptop and thermal pasting
changing my charger
uninstalling all softwares like anti virus
uninstalling windows updates
Running tests on hardware everything is fine
Stress testing my gpu and cpu
This issue only happens playing games.My character starts to go in a certain direction without me pressing any button and bam it just shutsdown.I have now wasted a lot of time resolving this issue even dell technicians couldn't find any issues.Seriously im gonna kick this laptop so hard im really frustated.A few days ago i created thread for this problem and the guy told me to delete nvidia system tools and i did it.It was running ok for few days but again its happening.FYI im not overclocking anything.What should i do.Laptop only shuts down playing games.Plz dont mention overheating bcoz its not i have checked 1000th time for overheating but its not overheating.

are there any different error codes? This one doesn't tell me much about what's causing the system to crash.

apart from second error there are lot of errors in the events but why all of sudden now they are showing i have tried installing original drivers which came with laptop and still same shut down with event 41

any critical STOP errors that you can see with a specific bugcheck code?

only crirical error is the one i mentioned first in the post that the laptop shutsdown.This shut down event is not giving any specific bugcode thats why im so frustrated over this issue.
