Laptop shuts down ! help

my laptop shuts down once a day .. i know that overheating is not a problem because temp. is good and cooler is working ! adapter is very good because i tested it on another same brand laptop !
so what can be problem ? maybe some bad circuits on motherboard ?

Does your laptop blue screen at all? and what is the make and model of your laptop?

no ! emachines e640 !
i think its some sort of problem on motherboard .... thats the only explanation

yes i checked , laptop is cold as ice , cooler is normal im not stupid
i think its some sort of problem on motherboard but i dont know what. ...
example: im sitting and im doing nothing on laptop , and suddenly he goes off !

I would say try and reseat the ram, or if there are two sticks, run the laptop with one stick. If it still shuts down try removing that stick and use the other stick.

If you only have one stick download Ultimate Boot CD UBCD, there are memory stress test program memtest+ that you can run, alone with CPU stress tests, and video stress tests.
