Laptop shuts down on windows boot up

Good day all!

Hope you can help me with this. I have a laptop Acer Aspire 4745G-5452G50Mnks that shutdowns on windows normal boot up but when i use safe mode it doesn't shut down.

Can somebody give me an advice or instructions on how to fix this. I will appreciate any kind of help. thanks in advance..

Go to the laptop website and get the latest drivers and download and install them for starters let us know if that helps. Also run both a malware and a virus check. Then check for odd entries in start up

I have already run malware and virus check and found nothing. Do you have any other suggestion sir?

Have you gotten the latest drivers and checked startup?
