Laptop shuts down when runs 3d application

hello,
i have a laptop quite new, OS WIN7 64 BIT with nvidia graphic card/512mb ram
recently m/b was replaced and when i got it back , when a 3d application runs after a few minutes, laptop shuts down.
before m/b was replaced same application was running smoothly .
any ideas why does that now?

It sounds like the CPU or video chip is overheating, probably because your laptop was not put back together properly. Take it back and have it repaired for free!
