Laptop stuck on "Starting Windows" for minutes

Hello, I am new. You can call me Metal. By the way I have a problem with my laptop that my mom gave me. It is a VAIO laptop. It is stuck on the "Starting Windows" for minutes. There is no splash screen just the Starting Windows. I tried scanning with Avast, and Windows Defender, still nothin'.

We got a 32 bits operating system in a 64 bit cpu. Someone know if this could be the issue?
Apart from, I would pay to see how much trashy software you got in the stock windows installation from Sony oem, and for such underpowered cpu and ram...

What do you mean? My laptop is decent. It can play alot of games.

Anyways if I was you, I would format that laptop and install a fresh windows.
