Laptop troubles while charger is in

My G3 dell 2018 17 inch laptop has problems with the keyboard whenever I have the charger plugged into it. It seems to lag and barley be able to type but once I unplug the charger the laptop works perfectly fine with no lag no problems. The computer has a 8750 i7 16 ram and 1060 graphics card

I did however change the wirless card to the 9560 ac from the 9462 ac Intel cards
