Solved! Laptop turned off in factory reset and when I launch it it turns off.

My hp notebook windows 10 laptop was in the middle of a factory reset and it turned off, I didn't have the charger in. When I boot the laptop it goes to the loading screen, then the factory reset 64% screen and then reboots itself, any help?

The files very likely got corrupted when the system shut off while restoring. Contact the laptop vendor for a set of disks to restore it.
