Laptop Turns off if i dont press keyboard

Acer Aspire V5-122p
when i press power button it opens then after the acer logo appear it will shut down
then i noticed it continues to boot if i keep pressing any key in keyboard at least 1 key per sec then it will boot naturaly

Please Help me this is my mothers laptop

Weird! If you can, try booting into windows and let your battery charge up; then unplug the power cord and restart on battery power alone and see if it does the same thing. Let me know what happens.
