Laptop under 30k

Is AMD- quad processor is better than i5 processor for coding purpose ??
I want a laptop under 30 or 35 k and I am having a shortlist of them as well
But I got stuck at point that which processor will be better

30k dollars, euros, pesos? if you want a laptop solely for coding, id check out the lenovo think pads.

It will depend on the model of the amd apu and the i5. In general if they are from the same generation, the i5 is superior in performance and battery life.
