Laptop underperforming graphically

I recently bought a new acer aspire e5-573g-56rg and by looking at the specs of the graphics card and overall specs the laptop should run most games but when I use GeForce experience it tells me that the laptop does not meet the requirements for a game as average as heroes and generals

It should run generals easy, as for heroes what game is that again?

Either way, if the game is popular their is a 97% chance it will run on that gt 940M. I have a 540M in my laptop and I could play some high end games at lower settings.

Is there a demo of the game or is it free? Either way, if it is free, go ahead and install it and first run it on low settings first and see how well it runs.

The game is free and have run it on low settings but the fact is this computer should run it on med to high settings and while playing "romeros aftermath" it only gets up to 11 fps on lowest settings
