Laptop Upgrade Budget $200

Hi!
I have decided that my 1 year-old laptop is in need of an upgrade.
I mainly use it for games (CS:GO) and I would like an upgrade that will net me the most frames for $200. I get 120-140 FPS on CS:GO lowest settings as of now.
=Laptop Specs=
- Intel Core i5-3337u @1.80GHz
- 6GB installed RAM
- Nvidia Geforce 740M w/2GB dedicated video RAM

My budget is $200.
I am up to doing anything that will not void the warranty of my laptop.

Most laptops cannot have key components like the CPU or GPU upgraded; they are permanently attached to a motherboard that was designed for them and probably couldn't handle a component that dissipates more power.

The usual things to upgrade on a laptop are memory and changing the HDD to an SSD, but the former isn't likely to help frame rates and the latter won't help frame rates.
