Question Suggestions for budget-friendly tablet?

Hi! I'm a student looking to upgrade from the Amazon Fire 7. I'm looking for an android tab that's 8" and has 3 GB RAM or more. I will be mainly using it to read books and pdfs, and some light YouTube on the side. My budget is 100-200 USD. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had this tablet before, its the vankyo s8. Even tho it only has 2 GB of RAM it IS a good budget-friendly tablet.

You can find decent used one also that are more higher end with faster CPU and more memory, Samsung is good to look at.
