please help me.

Solution
Try this...

1. Go to "Control Panel" and then "Device Manager".
2. Expand the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" section.
3. Double-click on the "USB Root Hub device".
4. Now click the "Power Management" tab.
5. Uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option.
6. Click the "OK" button.

NOTE: If there is more than one "USB Root Hub device" listed, Then you will have to repeat this steps for each one of them.

7. Restart the computer and all the ports should work now.

Solution

I have tried this but not working.. it's working with printer scanner and today I put a cable with battery the it worked. I think the problem only with power

no it's not working, it's work with only self powered devices. the problem with power, what should I do?

no it's not working for anything except printer and scanner, only for self powered devices. not working for others like mice, keyboard, flash drive.

So the USB ports then are not allowing for any power to go through them? That is kind of odd. Mice, Keyboards, and Flash drives don't require power at all.

Can you please explain us how USB mice, keyboard work without power? How keyboards light and mice laser light powered without any power? I don't know how can you said this..

Ah. You are referring to ones that do use power. There are actually 'cheaper' ones (and older ones) that don't require what others do. I have a few laying around here.

Also, most flash drives don't need power. Unless they have a light or other display on them.
