Laptop USBs and fingerprint scanner quit working - Windows 10 x64

Everything worked fine on Thursday, then today, I boot the laptop, and the mouse doesn't work. I reboot, and the gaming keypad doesn't work. Now device manager shows 2 USB controllers that are not working. Tried to update the driver, and I get an error installing "Intel 8 Series/C220 Series USB EHCI #1 8C26" and "Intel 8 Series/C220 Series USB EHCI #2 8C2D".

Tried to download the drivers from Intel, and it says my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements.

Try doing a system restore to a time when it was working.
