It's a Asus X401A1
Intel celeron b830 1.80ghz
4gb ram.

Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 is my wireless network adapter.

Tried reinstalling the network drive. Uninstalling. Disabling.

Upgraded my Laptop from Windows 8 to 10.

Tried Network reset

It'll occasionally come up with 1 bar hidden network. I'll type in my stuff and then it'll say cannot connect to this network. And sometimes when I click the WiFi Icon with the star it'll briefly say my NowTV WiFi network before flashing off and going back to 1 bar hidden network.
Even right next to the actual router.
And help is such appreciated

And it does work completely fine with ethernet cable.

Then it sounds like the WiFi on the laptop may be going bad. That leaves you the option of using Ethernet only, replacing the internal card, or getting yourself an external one that connects via USB.
