Laptop wont booth with usb stick in

I have a Dell Inspiron 5520, and whenever i stick the usb drive with any Linux image, or even any file in there, it will get stuck on the boot, and if i hit f12, it will just freeze as well. Im in legacy boot as well

I already tried looking in the boot part of the bios, it just says Boot: UEFI, or legacy mode, asks me about Secure boot, never mentions anything about boot drive priority

Give some photos of your bios. Check the updates for bios.
