Laptop won't turn on

My del inspirion 14z notebook does not turn on nor blink some LEDs. My notebook worked fine yesterday, but does not respond today. The charger works fine with other computers and I've tried with other adapters on my computer. There is no charging light on when the charger is plugged in. The battery is non-removable.
