As the title says my laptop's cpu is running at low power after I shutdown it or put it on sleep mode. The only way I fix it now is by restarting after which it runs normal. See the screenshots of msi afterburner ( View: https://imgur.com/a/rPj8WYd
), first image is after sleep/shutdown and the second is after restart. My cpu is Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
