Laptops for gaming and recording at 60fps

I've been searching around the internet for a laptop that can process 60 fps. Mostly I want it so i can record games like Infamous Second Son and Dragon Age Inquisition for my youtube channel.
One laptop i have my eye on is the Fangbook III hx6 100.
Is there a good laptop that can do this kind of performance?

My budget is $2000 at max. Im not planning on anything like alienware. Btw
