Laptop: Asus A540LA

I bought this laptop yesterday, installed windows 10 and the touchpad didnt work (a mouse did).
Ive been through many ''solutions'' like fn+f9.
I cannot install drivers (even those that are meant for w10).
It does not appear in hardware management.
Installing windows 7 didnt work.

When installing drivers it gives the error: ''There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor" (made sure i have full permissions)
