Laptops with GTAV and mods?

My friend has a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 i5 laptop and he was wondering if that would run GTA V with the mod LSPDFR, Even on low settings?I personally have a desktop so I don’t know much about laptops. Thanks in advance

CPU should be OK, would need 8 GB of RAM, how well it will run depends on the exact CPU model and video card in the system. With just the onboard Intel video it may run on low settings at 800x600 with playable frame rates but it won't be fun.
