last icon auto selected

I am using hp notebook,when I open up my laptop last icon auto selected,i formatted and install new OS but the result is same.
plz help

Could be an issue with the keyboard or mouse pad. Try unplugging the keyboard and using an external mouse and keyboard, see if same thing happens.
