Latop wont turn on

i have an inspiron 15 5000 that wont boot when you press the power button. its fully charged and it doesn't seem to want to turn on. I rma it and they person said it worked fine. Any suggestions?

Did you contact the person that checked it and asked what they did to turn it on and how it was tested? There is no power at all to the system? Try running it without the battery only on wall power.
