Hi NG.
I just connected my newly bought Pioneer LD-V4300D to my TV-set, through
composite, and I'm *very* surprised over the high quality picture it
delivers.
The picture is in my opinion superior to both CLD-2950/CLD-925.
Even when they're connected through S-video.
CLD2950 delivers truly a soft picture.
CLD925 delivers not such a crispy picture.
The composite signal is unbeaten.
Crisp, sharp, highresolution........and just a tiny bit of distortion can be
noticed in highcolor contrasted areas.
Questions:
1: Have I been lucky with this specific machine or is the LD-V4300D really
such a true high-quality machine.
2: Can I expect an even better picture using the RGB-output ?
3: I can't find so much information about this machine, apart from what
Google gives.
Has anyone made comparisons between this machine and other highly rewarded
Pioneer machines, being the Elite series for instance ?
I'm very impressed. This is my future primary LaserDisc-player. No doubt
about it.
Best regards
