League FPS issue. Unstable FPS

Resolution and graphics all set to minimum, and it seems to get a stable 60 fps with vsync on at first. But then the fps seems to stutter up and down a lot. And the game just seems to respond slowly to commands, almost as if it were lagging. (Though it happens even on a 40mps connection with 80 ping. Though the problem is aggravated by higher pings/slower connections.)

It seems like the computer should be able to handle the game at max graphics... not run poorly on minimum... Is this normal?

I'm not certain what the GPU temperatures are. The CPU cores all remain at around 50 Celsisus. (Even when the laptop is set on a bed, blocking the bottom vents. I tested that because it concerned me at first.)

If i turn Vsync off, I have the same issues. Just at a higher FPS. (Ends up being 30-90 fps instead of 30-60.)

I haven't really used it on any other games. It handles 1080p video just fine though.
Are there any games specifically you'd like me to test?

If you have anything like Crysis (2 or 3 also), Borderlands or Skyrim. Try anything like these and tell us how it goes.

I'll test on skyrim tomorrow, or later tonight. Thats as soon as I can get my hands on the game. (Not at home. Hence why I'm gaming on my laptop instead of my desktop.)

Its worth noting that updating my drivers did NOT help at all. But it does now give me recommended settings for the game...It recommends max settings on everything. Which just puzzles me further.

Tested skyrim. In setup is gave me "Low settings"
Ran fraps benchmark. Got this.

It didn't seem unresponsive the way League did... Not sure if thats because its a different type of game, or if it was just running better.

It appears you are running on the integrated gpu and not the dedicated 750m. Make sure in your power settings you have high/maximum performance selected. If that does not solve the issue then you can force applications to use the dedicated gpu in the nvidia control panel/profile, and/or you may need to also make sure it is enabled in your BIOS.

Try the power settings first though and then check back if that does not resolve the problem.

checked that. GPU was set to energy saver. Set to max performance. Skyrim instantly jumped to 60 fps (Didn't test this on max.)
League is now at a 100-111 fps on either max or min graphics. (The jump doesnt matter since The League program maxes at 100 fps. and my screen maxes at 60.)
