Left Side of Laptop Vibrating

The left hand side of my HP Pavilion laptop which is 4 years old vibrating so much. Performance is still good. But its vibrating so much. Particularly i can feel the vibration more on the left hand side of touchpad. Also I dont find any heat air coming out of the outlet on the top left hand side of Laptop.

Hard disk sentinel shows.

Performance 100% and Health 41%

Kindly suggest me, what can be the possible reason. The fan or the Hard disk.

it cud be either...but that hdd health is certainly not very promising...that hdd might quit on u anytime...better u take it to a service centre and fix it...
