My laptop, a Lenovi Y500 series, has become almost non-functional with Speccy apparently not detecting any storage and the motherboard as Invalid.

For several days now my laptop has been slowing, freezing, and crashing. It did so oddly, it never went to a blue screen of death, instead the screen would become screwy. After a restart it always seemed fine and until yesterday simply closing the screen was enough to make it work fine. Now though it can only go a few minutes of barely functioning before becoming almost unresponsive. Clicking on something such as windows explorer takes several seconds to minutes for it to open. The task manager shows Disk 1 (C : D : )at 100% though will drop to 1% when it responds to an action. Disk 0 stays at 0%, CPU is generally around 12%.
