Lenovo has poor performance with games

It says it has a intel hd 4400 but the performance does not seem so. For example, i tried playing cs go and i get 30-40 fps at 1024x798 resolution. I set everything to low too. Atm im trying windows 7 for better chance at performance. Any ideas what to try to get maximum performance out of the 4400? The the cheap performance be the processor?

Intel 4400 are not that good of graphics, that is perfectly normal what you are getting.

if you go on youtube, people are getting much higher fps with the 4400. Some play bf3 with 30-40 and so forth.

his processor is clocked to 3.4Ghz when yours is clocked to 1.7Ghz (half of his). Also, I am pretty sure your processor is low-voltage and doesn't provide sufficient power.
