Hi,

I just purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad330 5 days ago. It was working well until I tried to unistall something, a voice recording system, and when it wouldn't do that Lenovo told me to do a reset on my laptop. Now my problem is when I try to start it up, it brings me to "Other User" screen and askes for a username and password yet there is no way for me to get in. It's Windows 10.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A new device should not be asking for any kind of password. If it is, you need to take it back and have them give you an actual new device. If the laptop was purchased used, then you need to contact the seller and get the access information from them.

We cannot assist in bypassing any log in requirements. Please read the following thread...http://www.tomsguide.com/forum/id-2317968/read-passwords-lock-codes-pin-numbers.html

I'm having this problem too on Ideapad 330 and Ideapad 330s, i think its a bug on recovery image. Do you already resolved this issues?
