Lenovo - laptop battert stuck at 97% and says it is charging

I just got a Lenovo - 330S-15ARR and battery is at 97%. The battery icon says plugged in and charging
I have no idea why this happens or should I be concerned. Based on what little I read normally it says not charging but mine its it is charging

I dont want to do anything stupid. What should I do if anything?

It shouldn't be a problem. If you are worried, return it, say it is acting incorrectly, and have them give you a new one. However it may well act the same. Not all devices wait until a lower % before saying plugged in and charging.
