Lenovo laptop(non removable battery) black screen no fan

PLEASE HELP. My lenovo ideapad 300 Is not turning up. On pressing the switch on button the screen remains black along with Continuous flickering ,the fan is also not working but the cd-drive slot opens ,since its a laptop with non removable battery therefore i m not able to Remove its battery I used it last three days back and it went on charging for several hours but when i turned it off that day it was alright Unfortunately when i opened it today it showed me the problem as mentioned above.

press the power button over 8 seconds to reset the laptop. It will just perform a fresh restart after this, when you press the power button after that again. No personal data should be lost.

disconnect the power cord and remove cover and the HDD of the laptop (page 38) and try again powering up with power cord
