Lenovo S210 on a flat surface issue

Hey everyone,
My Mum just bought a Lenovo S210. I took it out to set it up but found that on any hard (flat of course) surface, one of the feet would be raised about a millimetre off the surface. This meant the laptop was annoyingly wobbly. We're going to send this one back to amazon but were wondering if anyone else had the same issue or if it was just a one-off warp in the plastic casing. What are your thoughts?

You could potentially file down the other 3 feet a little bit. Or perhaps glue a rubber strip to the foot that is dangling to balance it out.
