Lenovo t60 monitor issue

I have a laptop Lenovo t60, the problem is with the monitor that goes black approximately 40 sec every time I log in,

If I fold the monitor it goes to hibernate, if I fold again, it goes to log in and the story repeats!

Is the monitor gone or some software issues?

probably hibernation on closing lid may be the reason of this disable any actions on closing lid event also check turn off display settings.
