Question Lenovo Thinkpad T460 Whether SSD can be installed

Hello everyone,

I am having Lenovo T460, with intel core i5-6300U, motherboard 20FMS06V00. I am having HDD with 1TB. No optical drive. Is there any connector for SSD. If yes, then which version of SSD will work perfectly fine. Please suggest.

you can replace the hdd with a ssd. but not running both at the same time
