After never really using this laptop since I purchased it a few years ago, I figured that I was going to install Windows 7 on it because I'm not a very big fan at all of Windows 8. For some reason, it would NOT let me install Windows 7. It kept just not allowing me to install it on the laptop so I ripped the hard drive out and installed Windows 7 on the hard drive. After popping the hard drive back in, the BIOS wouldn't recognize my hard drive at all.
Did I format the drive incorrectly or something? I know the hard drive is installed correctly. I just don't know where I went wrong here. Also, after removing and putting the GPU back into the ultrabay, not it won't allow me to remove it. I'm really stuck with this thing.
I'm about to toss the laptop in the trash for being such a pain. Any help here would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
