Lenovo Y5070 playing game LAGGING

i bought it last year, i played crysis2 no lagging (ultra setting in game) now it's supper lagging i dont know why?

DOTA2 and CSGO,i've never turn on the vsync and it can play normaly but now it's super lagging when the vsync turned off,so i have to turn it on.

HELP pls what's going on ?

Few causes of lagging Heat, Virus or Malware problem and driver problem.

- You start by running a complete virus/malware scan.

- Once done do a clean install of the graphics card driver.

- If all these will not work I would suggest opening the laptop and make sure there's no dust stopping the fans from spinning and apply new thermal paste on both GPU and CPU.

i've reinstalled window it's still lagging. i have an insurance, so i cant open laptop and check the fans. lenovo thauland insurance center will not check what's happened to my laptop, so i have to check it by myself and tell them how to fix it. 🙁 They said they will not check the problem about gamming because no one will check my laptop by playing game for me but this is gamming laptop.
