[Lenovo Y510p] LVDS cable for 1366 x 768 screen

Hello everyone,

I'm having a big issue with my Y510p laptop, the screen's backlight is unstable (it turns off at certain screen angles) due to a problem with the LVDS cable, after investigating, I've found out that it's worn in the level of the hinge. I will have to replace it.
The problem is that I've only found LVDS cables for 1920 x 1080 displays, I don't know if they will work on my screen.

As long as it's pin compatible it should work, but you should check with lenovo just in case.

Hi, Lenovo uses the same cable for both screens, so, it will be alright for your laptop.
